Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. Customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods or services are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
Change of Mind (Distance Sales)
For online or distance purchases, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. You must notify us in writing (email or letter) and return items within 14 days of cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Certain items (e.g., custom-made products) are exempt from cancellation rights.
In-Store Purchases
Refunds for in-store purchases are offered if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose. For non-faulty items, exchanges or credit notes may be offered at our discretion.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
